Clarity & Coaching for Creatives

I support creatives with thoughtful, practical coaching. Helping you untangle ideas, build confidence, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and aligned.
About my approach
I have worked in the design industry for over 25 years, building and evolving creative work in a way that feels sustainable. Alongside my design practice, I’ve guided many creatives through different stages of their business, from shaping early ideas and defining their brand, to offering practical support for general business tasks such as time management or project planning.
My support is grounded in real, practical experience. I’ve helped clients refine their positioning, map out new ideas, improve their websites, optimise how their business runs, and create manageable plans they can actually follow through on. Often, what makes the biggest difference is simply having dedicated time to talk things through with someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of running a business.
I also work with many thoughtful, sensitive and neurodivergent creatives, and I understand how easily overwhelm, decision fatigue or confidence dips can slow things down. My approach is calm, structured and collaborative, designed to bring clarity without pressure, and progress without burnout.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to have a business already?
Not at all.
Some clients come with a fully formed business that needs refining. Others arrive with an idea, a skillset, or even just a feeling that they want something different.
We’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
2. What’s the difference between the Clarity Session and the Foundations package?
Creative Business Clarity Session
A one-off 90-minute session designed to untangle thoughts and identify clear next steps.
Creative Business Foundations
A structured 4–6 week programme for early-stage creatives who want guided support building offers, pricing, systems, and confidence.
If you’re unsure, we can talk it through before booking.
3. How do I know which package is right for me?
A simple way to decide:
- Feeling stuck or unsure? → Start with Clarity
- Just starting out? → Foundations
- Already running your business but navigating growth? → Growth Mentorship
If you’re still unsure, you’re welcome to book a short, no-pressure chat.
4. What happens in a session?
Sessions are conversational but structured.
We’ll:
- Clarify what feels most pressing
- Explore options
- Identify practical next steps
- Keep things realistic and manageable
You’ll leave with direction, not just ideas.
5. What if I’m nervous about coaching?
That’s completely normal.
Many creatives aren’t used to having space focused just on them. Our work together is gentle and grounded. There’s no performance required – just honesty and curiosity.
My approach is calm, structured, and flexible. We focus on sustainable progress rather than pressure. Sessions are paced thoughtfully, and we prioritise clarity over intensity.
You don’t need to “hustle” to build something meaningful.
